Our Shih Tzu parents are either AKC or APRI registered.  The shih tzu breed is very lively, and make great family pets.  Will be 10-12 lbs as adult.  This breed is considered non shedding, which makes them great for those with allergies.  Because they are a small dog they are wonderful for small spaces and small yards.
